Bart Allen Berry has been a very active organizational trainer, consultant, author and speaker for more than 30 years.

Bart has lead numerous interventional efforts to prepare for, respond to and positively align companies of all kinds with changing markets, production, competition, and the economy.
Bart offers a range of capabilities for identification of organizational gaps, trends, and needs with design and administration of in-depth internal and external surveys, assessment, focus group and analysis of data and findings- including climate studies, satisfaction studies, employee surveys of all kinds, market research and more. Bart's recommendations have been integrated as part of strategic plans in many large firms.
Bart has developed and implemented comprehensive research based statistical models for prediction of return and recommend rates, customer loyalty and retention and detailed comparative factor analysis with competitor products and services and as a guide for acquisition of additional market share.
Bart has performed quality and ISO auditing and design of quality management systems, taught quality fundamentals and lead numerous departments through the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
World Class Leadership-
Bart is the author of several books and assessments based upon satisfaction research and leading companies to World Class Standards in the eyes of customers, including system-wide self auditing, chartering improvements, individual manager development, and the development of organization-wide cultural change initiatives and competitor bench marking.
Culture and Climate-
Bart has designed and lead numerous culture and climate change efforts from company mergers and rapid increase/decrease of company size, strategic acquisitions, international culture dynamics, executive level re-organization and the integration of multiple divisions and offices. Bart has supported numerous change efforts with thematic customer designed training program experiences with specific goals of integration of change.
Bart has lead numerous strategic planning sessions with large and small firms utilizing a range of approaches from traditional applied strategic planning to 'open space' techniques, and multi-day off sites integrated with team development activities, and annual meeting agendas and customized activities and business content presentations.
Employee and Management Development-
Bart has designed, supported and lead a full range or employee and management development efforts for groups as small as a five person top management team to company wide initiatives for thousands of employees. Over 200,000 owners, managers and employees trained.
Bart works effectively one on one with individual managers to provide confidential support, feedback processes, goal setting, and individual development exercises.
Training & Development-
Bart has personally trained more than 200,000 employees and managers from hundreds of companies including many of the Fortune 500, International Firms and Government.
Bart has designed and delivered best-practice team development programs from several hours to multiple days in classroom environments, outdoors and aboard ship. Bart has authored more than 25 training exercises and organizational simulations, and has licensed and sold his own copyrighted exercises, training's and complete programs to some of the world's largest companies. Bart's team facilitation emphasis is on effective group process, problems solving, team leadership, communication, collaboration, team planning, synergy and interventions for stuck teams.
Bart has designed, administered, and delivered leadership development programs and training's including being an original faculty member-developer of UCSD's Executive Edge Program for Company Presidents, and Daniels School Of Leadership- Leadership 2000 program, and has subcontracted his own programs and trainings for The Leadership Challenge, Tom Peters Group, Center For Creative Leadership, University Of Humanistic Studies, The TQM Leadership Experience, Blanchard Training & Development, Anthony Robbins, and delivered his own World Class Leadership and Lead To Win programs for groups of all kinds.
Bart has lead quality improvement initiatives and training for many groups including chartering improvement teams, root cause analysis, ISO Quality Management systems, Leading AS9100 audits, and teaching in the TQM certificate program at UCSD. Bart's emphasis on continuous improvement is integrated into every training program and strategic effort and a core underlying value.
Bart is a veteran experiential learning facilitator, ropes course and adult experiential learning advocates and practitioners. Bart has personally built more than 20 ropes courses, licensed his experiential learning programs and written the book The Gift of Experiential Learning. Bart was the first to bring experiential team learning and employee/management training and ropes courses to Mexico, South Korea and The Sultanate of Oman. Nearly every employee training experience or seminar Bart lead's will have a strong experiential component geared towards adult learners. Bart has delivered multiple presentations to the National Association of Experiential Learning where Bart has also served as a strategic consultant.

Quality Values Organizational Assessment Engine-
Managing a team of programmers, Bart developed one of the first online JAVA based assessment engines for administering organizational surveys of all kinds with automated statistical results.
Recession Help Expo-
Bart produced two city-wide recession help events in San Diego with over 150 recession help exhibitors, expert speakers including headliners such as Brian Tracy.
Bart has provided corporate training and consulting in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
Entrepreneurial restaurant and night club start-ups, all aspects of small business planning and consulting. Multiple projects in the US for European Firms.
Program design and licensing, construction, train the trainer program installation for Aquarius Training & Development's Leadership and Team experiential training programs including opening the first high adventure ropes course leadership and team development in Korea for Samsung HRD.
Opened first corporate learning and experiential learning and conference center in Mexico hosting multi-national manufacturing groups and Maquiladora employee and management trainings.

Bart has performed multiple consulting contracts and trainings for City Of San Diego, Water Utilities Department, San Diego Housing Authority, Department of the Navy, US Air Force, Central Intelligence Agency, Dyn-Corp, VSE, EG&G and other GSA contractors on base and in field locations including White Sands, China Lake, Pt. Magu, Ford Island, North Island, Balboa Naval Hospital, MacLean, and others.
Bart is a prolific writer of books, articles, and assessment instruments, and regularly speaks at conferences for associations of all kinds on a range of topics.
